Looking good how you can manage on both houses I will never know one was more than enough for me. How does the water drain away against the wall do you have to put in some kind of gully??
There are two down pipe positions. The section on the house is called a ring beam and it is u shaped and bolted to the external wall. The lead flashing on the wall is led into the ring beam.
